How long will it take to receive my portrait?

Our standard processing and shipping time is around 2–10 days.


Why does it take 2–10 days for my portrait to arrive?

Each portrait is carefully prepared to ensure the best possible quality. Every image is edited to achieve the best detail and clarity before being created on our CNC machine. Some portraits can take several hours to complete.


What if I need my portrait sooner?

Are there any expedited shipping options available?

How will my portrait be shipped?

All portraits are carefully packaged and shipped via a tracked courier service to ensure safe delivery.


Will I be able to track my portrait during shipping?

Yes, you will be provided with a tracking number once your portrait has been shipped so you can track its progress.


Can I ship my portrait to a different address?

Yes, during the checkout process, you will be able to enter a different shipping address.

What do I do if I upload my picture and it doesn't show up?

No worries! If your picture does not upload, you can email it to artofburn@gmail.com or contact Roman at +1 431 373 4116.


Does quality matter when sending a photo?

Yes, the quality of the photo affects the final result. Older or grainy photos may not appear as clear as modern digital images. We will always do our best to achieve the best possible result with the photo provided.


Can I make a collage of pictures?

Yes. Select the size you want, upload one photo during checkout, and email the rest to artofburn@gmail.com. Make sure to include your order number and any special instructions in the email.


Why does my picture look wavy?

Your image is created on natural wood. Each piece may look slightly different because of the natural wood grain patterns. These patterns add unique character to every piece.


What do I do if I am not happy with my portrait?

First contact Roman at artofburn@gmail.com or +1 431 373 4116. We will recreate the portrait at no additional cost and send you a replacement. If you are still not satisfied after receiving the second portrait, we will provide a full refund.


What happens if my portrait was damaged during shipping?
